Shipping
All products are shipped with insurance included, because of this we do not accept any returns under normal circumstances. Due to the nature of the products that we sell we cannot be responsible for advertised condition(s) once they leave the store. As previously stated all items are insured for their full purchased value protecting both the merchant (us) and our customers (you). We are sure you will be 100% completely satisfied with any and all purchases from Mr. Collector On-Line. All our merchandise is advertised in MINT/NM condition. All packaging is advertised in GOOD/FAIR condition due to normal shelf life.
Special Circumstances
There may be circumstances which could result in returns. We try to give as much detail in our product descriptions to avoid dissatisfied customers at all cost. However, no one is perfect and in such circumstances: Items that must be returned and that are unopened may be returned within 10 days. However there will be a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. The item must be insured and include a tracking number. All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee
